Vintage Time Magazine - September 21 1962 The Monroe Doctrine and Communist Cuba

I came across this interesting Time issue while I was browsing a couple weeks ago. Dated September 21st, 1962. This vintage edition features The Monroe Doctrine. I'm very happy to be featuring this item for collectors. There is some wear on the bottom edge covers, but very minimal.
